ASP’s crusher component rebuild facility is equipped with state-of-the-art, specialized tooling that has been accredited by multiple original equipment manufacturers. We have experience in cone crushers, hammer or impact mills and jaw style. In our workshop we are equipped with high tonnage cranes to handle high volume loads, large welding positioners and industrial machines to complete the process required in major reconstructions.

From steel mills, carrying out large projects and even small components for the mining industry, Servicios ASP. has successfully helped a wide range of industries with its advanced service options. Our state-of-the-art CNC turning technology can be used for a wide variety of applications including: pump shafts, drive shafts, splined shafts, threaded shafts, key shafts, tie bars and many others.
We machine large spindles and regularly cut large thread shapes that no one else can.
We cut acme threads, reinforcing threads, API threads, square threads, trapezoidal threads, and of course both internal and external 60 degree standard threads.
Our advanced machinery and highly experienced professionals can also handle a wide range of materials such as nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, aluminum, bronze, and cast iron. On our CNC turning centers, we have capacities ranging from a 20″ swing with a 49″ center distance to a 39.4″ swing with a 196.8″ center distance.
Our advanced turning center capabilities include: intricate turned shapes, deep boring, 5-axis milling/turning, turning through stable rests, and large spindle bores for those extra long parts. Our equipment complies with each of the ISO specifications.

REPAIR AND MANUFACTURE OF SCREENS

These equipments are designed for the classification of minerals and aggregates in different sizes, within mining these components play a main role, their design is highly efficient and they are made of laminated steel that is highly resistant to abrasion, vibration and heavy work.

We have the flexibility to manufacture spools in our workshop as well as in the client’s facilities according to the requirements of each project.
We manufacture parts in stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and special alloys such as duplex, superduplex, nickel alloys and others according to the client’s needs. We also offer exterior paint surface treatments, interior and exterior coatings based on rubber, polyurethane and HDPE for carbon steel. As well as cleaning, passive pickling for stainless steel and special alloys. At ASP we work on every detail to obtain continuous improvement, we have TIG, MIG, Plasma and submerged arc welding machines; Our professional welders are highly experienced and also have all the necessary certifications.

REPAIR AND MANUFACTURE OF DRIVE PULLEYS AND

Within the main pulleys that we repair and manufacture, we can find drive or head pulleys, driven or tail pulleys, break or deflector pulleys, tension pulleys and special pulleys. In order to give greater efficiency and useful life of the assets that our clients have. The main failure reported by conveyor belts in the industry is observed in the bearings, which mainly fail due to contamination, that is, due to the entry of moisture or fine particles. Faced with this situation, ASP proposes to incorporate the concept of «Triple Barrier», which consists of 1) Sealed spherical roller bearings; 2) biodegradable grease in the bearing and 3) customized sealing solutions with high resistance to abrasive wear, all this in a single package. Thanks to this idea we can ensure and increase the useful life of the components by 600%.

X-ray inspection
This type of inspection uses X-rays to create images that can show hidden defects, this technology is widely used to determine the integrity of the weld material. It is totally non-destructive.
ultrasound inspection
Ultrasonic testing is a non-destructive volumetric testing method, unlike surface inspection methods, it allows flaws within the material to be detected.
Dye penetrant inspection
This method is mainly used to find surface breakage defects, dye penetrant inspection is suitable for a wide variety of materials, it can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

coating services
HDPE
We have a service of excellence in coating flanges, pipes, exterior coatings, spools and special pieces after validation by our technical department. This type of coating is achieved through a process of immersion of the various components in a fluidized bed, in which a layer of high-density polyethylene is adhered to each component requested by our client. We as ASP are governed by the NCH2087 standard, some of the advantages of this coating are, great resistance to corrosive agents and chemical fluids, especially acids and bases, insensitivity to freezing, low pressure loss due to friction, non-toxic, low encrustation effect, high resistance to abrasion, resistance and stability to ultraviolet radiation and excellent adherence to steel.
Rubber
In large mining production, the use of rubber coatings on metal parts that are subject to constant impact, abrasion and/or chemical attacks is essential. Our work team recommends our clients to carry out these works with hot vulcanization, in order to improve the quality of the adhesion of the rubber to the metal. Some applications where we can find this service are, in chutes and tanks, pulleys and idlers, interiors of pipes, protections for hoppers, accessories or supports for pumps, hydrocyclones, wagons for transporting concentrate and muddy water channels.
Ceramic
The high-performance elasto-ceramic coating contains aluminum inserts and also has metal oxide compound additives to increase additional wear resistance. Applications are seen directly in conveyor belt pulleys, especially those with power drives, belts that have high edge tension, high load belts, steel cord belts, and is an excellent choice for belts. With mechanical splices, according to the needs of each project and client, we have a wide variety of specifications.
