Our advanced machinery and highly experienced professionals can also handle a wide range of materials such as nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, aluminum, bronze, and cast iron. On our CNC turning centers, we have capacities ranging from a 20″ swing with a 49″ center distance to a 39.4″ swing with a 196.8″ center distance.

Our advanced turning center capabilities include: intricate turned shapes, deep boring, 5-axis milling/turning, turning through stable rests, and large spindle bores for those extra long parts. Our equipment complies with each of the ISO specifications.

ASP Services has experts in welding and manufacturing large-scale metal-mechanical projects. We are a complete manufacturer of steel structures, with the highest integrity and quality. We specialize in medium and large welds created by extremely skilled American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders. We also possess the skilled labor and equipment for precision CNC machining and other secondary operations required by some of our customers’ various custom heavy equipment manufacturing projects. We have the flexibility to manufacture spools in our workshop as well as in the client’s facilities according to the requirements of each project.

We manufacture parts in stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and special alloys such as duplex, superduplex, nickel alloys and others according to the client’s needs. We also offer exterior paint surface treatments, interior and exterior coatings based on rubber, polyurethane and HDPE for carbon steel. As well as cleaning, passive pickling for stainless steel and special alloys. ASP’s crusher component rebuild facility is equipped with state-of-the-art, specialized tooling that has been accredited by multiple original equipment manufacturers. We have experience in cone crushers, hammer or impact mills and jaw style. In our workshop we are equipped with high tonnage cranes to handle high volume loads, large welding positioners and industrial machines to complete the process required in major reconstructions.
